Ken Cato's Contribution to Design is Recognised by his Country

(Melbourne) Australia - Icograda would like to acknowledge Ken Cato AO who received an Officer of the Order of Australia in the QueenÂs Birthday Honours List on Monday 10 June.
The Order of Australia is AustraliaÂs preeminent acknowledgement of achievement and meritorious service to its fellow citizens.
This is a fine Honor and further recognition of KenÂs service to design practice, education and advocacy.
In 2009 Ken Cato received the Icograda Achievement Award and in 2011 he attended the Icograda General Assembly in Taipei as an invited observer.
Icograda congratulates Ken on this National acknowledgement and wish him continued success with his design practice, AGIdeas International Design Week and Design Matters, his new initiative with the State Government of Victoria in Australia.
