19.09.2018 Annual General Meeting

The ICoD Annual General Meeting (AGM2018) took place in Beijing China, on 19 September 2018 at 15:30.

The AGM2018 was held in conjunction with the Beijing Platform Meeting, both events were hosted by ICoD Member Central Academy of Fine Arts of China - CAFA and held at the CAFA Campus in Beijing.

AGENDA

The AGM2018 addressed governance issues such as the consideration of the income and expenditure account and the balance sheet, the reports of the Council and of the Auditors, and the appointment and the fixing of the remuneration of the Auditors.

All ICoD Member received a full AGM Report, which included the Audit Committee Report, the ICoD Treasurer’s Report and the 2017 Financial Report to review for approval at the AGM. As per the bylaw amendments of the 27GA, Members were also asked to ratify the Minutes of previous general meetings — in this case the 27GA Minutes and of the EGM2017 Minutes.

For Members who were not able to attend the AGM were able to  assign a proxy through the Proxy Registrations site to ensure their vote is counted.
