CHINA PRODUCTIVITY CENTER ANNOUNCES THE WINNERS OF THE 2005 TAIWAN INTERNATIONAL POSTER DESIGN AWARD

Taipei (Taiwan) - The China Productivity Center, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, is pleased to announce the winners of the 2005 Taiwan International Poster Design Award. More than 1 200 pieces were submitted from 35 different countries. The international judging panel made 17 awards and selected an additional 84 finalists from 1 246 submissions.
Grand Prize Winner
Niklaus Troxler of Switzerland, received a cash prize of USD $10 000 for 'Underkarl'.
Icograda Excellence Award
Imboden Melchior, also of Switzerland, received the Icograda Excellence Award and a cash prize of USD $5 000 for the poster series, 'Earthquake Prevention Exhibition'.
