CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: ICOGRADA EXECUTIVE BOARD 2009-2011

Montreal (Canada) - Icograda Member Associations are invited to nominate persons who are members or officers to stand for election to the Executive Board for the 2009-2011 term. Elections will take place at the Icograda General Assembly 23 from 24-25 October 2009 in Beijing, China.
Nominations are invited for each of the following offices:
Eligibility of present Board Members for nomination as candidates for 2009-2011 Executive Board of Icograda
Immediate Past President
Jacques Lange (South Africa) will step down from the Executive Board having served as President Elect, President and Immediate Past President. Don Ryun Chang (Korea) will move from the role of President to the role of Immediate Past President.
President
At the end of the General Assembly 23, President Elect Russell Kennedy (Australia) will assume the office of President having been duly elected at the General Assembly 22 in La Habana, Cuba. Don Ryun Chang (Korea) will step down from his position as President and assume the role of Immediate Past President.
Secretary General
The current Secretary General, Lise Vejse Klint (Denmark) has indicated her intention to step down from this role at the General Assembly 23.
Treasurer
The current Treasurer, David Berman (Canada) has indicated his willingness to stand for re-election to the Executive Board at the General Assembly 23.
Vice Presidents
Iva Babaja (Croatia) has indicated her willingness to stand for re-election to the Executive Board at the General Assembly 23.
Halim Choueiry (Qatar) must step down from this role at the General Assembly having served two terms. He has indicated his willingness to stand for nomination as President Elect at the General Assembly 23.
Mohammed Jogie (South Africa) has indicated his intention to step down from this role at the General Assembly 23.
Omar Vulpinari (Italy) has indicated his intention to stand for re-election to this role at the General Assembly 23.
Min Wang (China) has indicated his intention to step down from this role at the General Assembly 23.
Board Members
David Lancashire (Australia) was co-opted by the current Icograda Board in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), January 2009 to serve as a Member of the Board. He has indicated his willingness to stand for election to the Executive Board at the General Assembly 23.
Grégoire Serikoff (France) was co-opted by the current Icograda Board in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), January 2009 to serve as a Member of the Board. He has indicated his willingness to stand for election to the Executive Board at the General Assembly 23.

Nominations are welcome from Icograda Professional, Promotional, Educational and Corporate Members in good standing.
