Montreal (Canada) - The Conference program is now available for IFA's 9th , an Icograda endorsed event. "This year's Conference Programme is impressive." These are the words used by the IFA President and Co-Chair of the Conference, Irene Hoskins. "This programme reflects the importance of ensuring enabling and supportive environments, a key priority set out in the Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing (MIPAA)". She also expressed satisfaction that this Conference will be addressing the most pressing issues facing the global ageing community today.
A total of 56 symposia, 215 paper sessions, 29 workshops and 30 posters capture, in substantive sessions, subjects such as:
As nearly half of registered delegates come from abroad, many practitioners, academics, decision makers and service providers will enrich the experience of Conference delegates. Large contingents from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Great-Britain and the United-States will be attending the Montréal Conference.
